The local chapter of Project Rachel invites you to a post-abortive healing training and awareness Mass and reception.
Project Rachel is the Catholic Church’s ministry to those who have been involved in abortion. It is a diocesan-based network of specially trained priests, religious, counselors, and laypersons who provide a team response of care for those suffering in the aftermath of abortion. The ministry provides an integrated network of services, including pastoral counseling, support groups, retreats, and referrals to licensed mental health professionals.
You are invited to take part in the Project Rachel Awareness Mass and reception next Tuesday, October 17 at the Cathedral in Covington. The mass starts at 6:30 p.m. and the Awareness reception and resources event happens immediately following the mass from 7:30 – 8:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
