Annual Appeal

While Covid-19 continues to take a toll on so many, we thank God for each and every day that He’s allowed SHDHS to offer students a safe, faith-filled, in-person learning experience. This is a blessing that none of us are likely to take for granted again.

Like many nonprofits, the current pandemic has greatly impacted our normal fundraising efforts. In fact, we anticipate the loss of close to $200,000 in annual fundraising income due to Covid-19 restrictions this school year alone. Your donation will help us overcome this unexpected challenge, helping us provide students with something that most of us took for granted during our own high school years…an opportunity to safely learn in a classroom setting along-side fellow students.

Despite the many challenges facing our world today, our commitment to Catholic education is stronger than ever. Our goal is to ensure that every student who wishes to attend SHDHS is afforded the opportunity, regardless of the pandemic’s impact on their family’s finances. Now, more than ever, our school’s mission to teach students to live the Catholic faith by embracing the Gospel message of Jesus Christ is needed in our world.

We are working to help our families by deferring planned increases to tuition and fees, and by suspending salary increases for all SHDHS faculty, staff, and administration…but much more is needed. Never before in our school’s 87-year history has the need for your financial support been greater. If your family is in a position to help those most affected by the current pandemic, we humbly ask for your financial support. Secure, online donations can be made via the form below. Or, if you prefer, checks can be mailed to Attn: SHDHS Advancement Office, 3755 Scheben Drive, Erlanger, KY 41018.

Thank you in advance for your generosity. SHDHS is, and always will be, a special place because of people like you. May God continue to watch over you, your families, and all of our fellow Crusaders. Go Cru!
